Data controller

RK Portals, CVR 28823282, Gl Nyrupvej 76, 4400 Kalundborg, Denmark, is the data controller for personal data processed on cin.dk. All contact, including access requests under the GDPR, runs through our contact form. We do not publish an email address on the site.

What we process

• Contact form submissions - name, company, email, website, the type of placement you are asking about, a budget range and your message. We process this to answer your enquiry, on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to business correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f)). It is deleted no later than twelve months after the last exchange.
• Technical server logs - IP address, timestamp, path and user agent, processed for operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention (Art. 6(1)(f)). Our hosting provider deletes them automatically after a short period.
• Nothing from our calculators. The bonus calculator and budget tool run entirely in your browser. No input is transmitted to us or stored anywhere.

No analytics, no advertising trackers

There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no ad network, no heatmap and no affiliate tracking on this site. We are not paid per player and we do not resell data. Because we set no marketing or statistics cookies - only what is strictly necessary to display the page - there is no cookie banner. If that ever changes, we will ask for consent before anything is set.

Recipients and transfers

The site is hosted with a European cloud provider, and notification emails about form submissions are sent through our email service; both act as processors under Art. 28. Your data is never sold, never shared with betting operators and never used for marketing. Processing takes place within the EU/EEA as a rule; any exceptional transfer to a third country happens on a valid transfer basis.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to processing based on legitimate interest - including anything you sent us through the form. Requests are answered as quickly as possible and within one month at the latest. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you may complain to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.

Children

This site addresses adults aged 18 and over only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and the form exists for business enquiries.
