Write to us

Use the form on the contact and advertising page. It asks for your name, company, email and what your enquiry is about, so the message reaches the right person. The form is the only contact channel; it sends the message straight to the editorial desk and we normally reply within a few working days. Nothing you write is stored in a database beyond the message itself, and we delete correspondence no later than twelve months after the last exchange.

What to write about

• Corrections. A licence entry that no longer matches the register, or a measured margin that looks wrong. Tell us which page and what looks off, and we will check the underlying record.
• Method questions. How a figure was produced, which measurements were rejected and why. The short answer is on our method page; the long answer you can ask for.
• Privacy requests. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection under the GDPR. See the privacy policy for how we handle them.
• Commercial enquiries. Placements are agreed individually and always labelled. We publish no rate card, so start by describing what you have in mind.

What we cannot help with

We are a media site, not a betting operator and not a regulator. We cannot access your betting account, release a withheld payout or handle a complaint on your behalf.
